| 摘 要： | 群众体育作为我国体育事业的重要组成部分,关系到人们体质的增强、健康水平的提高和生活质量的改善,它是现代社会文明、健康、科学的重要标志之一。石油企业职工体育作为我国群众体育事业的重要组成部分,对提高职工身体素质,增强企业凝聚力,增油增产起着非常重要的作用。本研究从实际出发,通过文献资料法、问卷调查等方法分析石油企业职工体育的发展现状,并为改进和完善石油企业职工体育管理体制与运行机制提供建议与对策。

| Abstract: | The mass sports is the important component of our country sports system,and has influence on the euhancing the people＇s physique,increasing the health level and improving the life quality.It is the symbol of civilization,health and science in modern society.As the important component of mass sports,the oil staff sports play a indispensable role in enhancing oil staff＇s physique,increasing the cohesive force of enterprise,and boosting the oil production.By documents questionnaire survey,the paper analyzed the current situation of the oil staff sports,and proposed some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the management system of the oil staff sports in oil enterpises. |
