| 摘 要： | 上个世纪末竞技体育的职业化和商业化,对高水平运动员全年参加重大比赛而一贯遵循的＂周期＂训练理论形成了冲击,一些学者针对＂周期＂训练理论部分观点不适应高水平运动训练的现象提出了质疑,并相应提出＂以赛代练＂理论以期适应现代高水平运动员全年多次参加比赛的需要。在介绍两种训练理论的主要观点与冲突的同时,力图从方法论的层面揭示训练理论变迁的逻辑必然和哲学基础,从对这两个理论的对比分析,可以看出今后运动训练的发展方向。
