摘    要:氢离子浓度是人们研究运动性疲劳机制中的一个不可忽视的因素之一。就近几年来有关酸中毒与运动性疲劳发生的相关性研究做了阐述。

Abstract:During the course of sports, if the Hydrogen ion consistency increases, its influences on organism is fairly extensive. The increase of Hydrogen ion consistency will lead to metabolism disorder of Calcium and other ions in muscle cells. It can also restrain the synthesization of ATP, decrease the fatty supply and the contraction of muscles. The descrease of blood PH caused by spoets will lead to the decrease of red blood cell;destroy the immune protein;the decline of alkaline reserve,the metabolism disorder of electrolyte.At the same time,the increase of Hydrogen ion will affect the central nervous system, cardiac muscle, liver and cell dropsy.
