| 摘 要： | 网球正手击球技术是网球技术的基础,从保证正手击球技术动作协调性、连贯性出发,以确保击球的良好效果为目的,对网球正手击球技术中站位、握拍、后摆、前挥、随挥等动作的限制性因素进行了分析,并提出一些可参考的建议,以期为网球教学与训练提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | As is known to all,the technique of playing tennis ball with hands upward is the basis of all the tennis playing technique.In order to get a better effect,this article begins with ensuring the coordination and coherence of the movement of playing tennis ball with hands upward,and makes an analysis of the limited factors about the movements,such as determining a suitable position,taking hold of the tennis racket,swinging forwards,backwards as well as swinging according to particular motion.What＇s more,this article also puts forward some suggestions with the expectation of offering some reference for the teaching and training of tennis in theory. |
