| 摘 要： | 近20年来我国网球运动发展迅速,随着我国网球运动管理体制的改革,我国女子网球运动员在职业赛场上屡次创造佳绩,但我国男子职业网球运动发展相对缓慢。近年来男子职业网球运动员的成绩虽有所提高,但一直没有重大突破。想要更有针对性地促进我国男子网球的发展,需要了解目前世界男子职业网球运动的竞争格局。在当今格局的背后隐藏着什么原因?可以给我国男网带来什么启示?本文采用文献资料、数理统计法等研究方法进行了分析研究,研究得出:想要改变目前我国男子职业网球运动的竞争局面,一要大力推广普及网球运动,增加网球人群;二要完善各个年龄段梯队建设,培养优秀教练团队;三要多引入国际高级赛事,并实行市场化运作;四要全力建设和普及网球场馆,并投入公益成本,降低民众运动费用;五要借鉴日本经验,不要盲目崇拜高大身材。

| Abstract: | in the past 20 years,China's tennis has developed rapidly.With the reform of China's tennis management system,Chinese women tennis players have repeatedly made good achievements in professional fields,but the development of Chinese men's professional tennis players is relatively slow.Although the achievements of men's professional tennis players have improved in recent years,there has been no major breakthrough.In order to promote the development of men's tennis in China,we need to of male professional tennis players in the world?What are the reasons behind today's pattern?What enlightenment can we bring to our male professional tennis players?In order to change the current competitive situation of male professional tennis players in our country,we should make great efforts to popularize tennis and increase the number of tennis players. |
