摘    要:通过观察中年肥胖女性参加羽毛球锻炼前后身体成分的各项指标变化,分析羽毛球运动对中年肥胖女性身体成分的影响。结果表明:经过长期羽毛球运动锻炼能改善肥胖中年女性身体成分,减少体脂含量、增加瘦体质量,改变体脂分布,促进身体健康发展。

Abstract:By observing changes on the body composition of middle-aged women after playing badminton,the author analysed the influences of badminton on the middle-aged women body composition.The results showed that middle-aged women who had taken a long badminton exercise could improve the body composition of obese,reduce their body fat content,increase lean body mass,and promote the development of physical health.
