花样滑冰运动员身体形态、体质及跟骨超声骨量的研究

摘    要:采用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法对70名花样滑冰运动员和66名普通大学生进行身体形态学、体质及跟骨超声骨量的调查与分析。结果显示:1)由于控体重、运动等原因,男、女花样滑冰运动员有较低体重和体脂率,男、女花样滑冰运动员瘦体重均低于普通大学生;2)身体机能方面,女花样滑冰运动员相对较好,而男花样滑冰运动员则相对较弱;身体素质方面,男花样滑冰运动员下肢爆发力、身体协调能力相对较好,而女花样滑冰运动员下肢爆发力、身体协调能力、身体柔韧性相对较好。受瘦体重的影响,男、女花样滑冰运动员握力素质有待提高;3)男、女花样滑冰运动员跟骨超声骨量显著低于普通大学生。建议对花样滑冰运动员的身体形态、体质及骨密度进行定期监测。掌握花样滑冰运动员的体质、骨质状况及身体成分结构比例,为科学合理的安排花样滑冰运动员的运动训练提供理论依据。

Abstract:With the methods of document,test and mathematical statistic,the author investigated and analyzed physical morphology,physical and bone mineral density of 70 figure skaters and 66 college Students.Resucts: 1) male,female figure skaters had a lower body weight and body fat rate,female figure skater have lower lean body mass due to control weight,sports and other reasons.2) Body function conditions of female figure skater athletes are relatively good,and the male is relatively weak;To body quality aspect,lower limb power and body coordination of male figure skater is relatively good,and lower limb power,physical coordination,body suppleness of female figure skater is relatively good.By the influence of lean body mass,grip strength quality of male,female figure skater athletes needs to be improved.3) Calcaneus ultrasonic bone mass of male,female figure skater is significantly lower than college Students.In order to understand constitution,bone status and body composition ratio of figure skater athletes,we should monitor body shape,physical and bone mineral density at regular intervals to provide the oretical basis for scientific and reasonable sports training.
