| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the new 2013-2016 international competitive calisthenics rule carries on the analysis and research,pointed out that the new rules regulated life difficulty movement to the root of the group and the root name,increased the action skills,pay more attention to the completion of action of quality and artistry,and showed the development of competitive aerobics diversified requirements. |
