摘    要:知识经济的发展已初见端倪。知识经济社会,知识是核心,知识是关键。教育的希望在教师,只有确立新型的教育理念,才能使教育适应知识社会的发展。体育教师要在自身观念、教师观、目标培养观进行转变,尽快适应从“继承性教育”向“创造性教育”的角色转变。

Abstract:Knowledge is the core and the key of everything at the present knowledge economy society. Education lies in all the teachers and ouly after the human-oriented education concept is established, can education adapt itself to the development of knowledge society. The teachers should carry out some changes in terms of their ideas about themselves, their viewpoints about teachers and goal cultivation so as to adapt themselves to the change of roles in the course of transition from inheritance education to creation education.
