| 摘 要： | 以我国曲棍球专业队带队训练的教练员为研究对象,对目前中国曲棍球教练员的现状进行调查分析,得出以下结论：中国曲棍球教练员队伍学历结构较合理,年龄结构趋于年轻化;教练员执教态度比较积极,但专业化水平较低,专业技能和训练水平有待进一步提高;教练员训练方法单一,缺乏创新能力,科研能力较低,教练员训练水平滞后于运动员的发展要求。

| Abstract: | This study investigated the status of hockey coaches in China. It found that the construc.fion of education level of hockey coaches in China is reasonable,and tends to juvenescence; the training attitude of coach is active and correctitude but less specialization;the professional skill and training level should improve further; the training method is singleness, lacks creative ability, and their scientific research ability is low and the training level of coaches lags the developing requirement of athletes. |
