| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、访谈、文献资料、数理统计等方法，对目前高校体育俱乐部教学内容的设置和弊端作了相关统计和分析，提出高校体育教学的休闲化，分析了普通高校体育俱乐部教学内容的设置向休闲运动转变的可行性，认为在“健康第一”的指导思想下，休闲运动必将成为高校体育俱乐部教学的主要内容“

| Abstract: | Uses questionnaire investigation,interview,documents and materials,mathematical statistics,and relevant statistics,analysed the establishment content and drawback of the athletic club in the university at present,propose the creation of university's sports teaching,Feasibility of change the establishment content to the outdoor activity of athletic club in the normal university,under the guidelines of "health first" the outdoor activity will become teaching aim of athletic club in the university. |
