中美青少年体质评定系统的比较及对我国的启示

摘    要:运用文献资料法、对比分析法对美国青少年体质评定系统的发展历程、测试项目和评价方式进行了梳理,并与我国《国家学生体质健康标准》进行了对比。研究结果发现,美国青少年体质评定更加重视与健康相关的测试指标,而我国在评定青少年体质健康指标的同时,也考察学生运动方面的能力;在评价模式上,美国普遍采用的体质项目(FITNESSGRAM)评定系统选择了标准参照评价,而我国仍然延续百分位常模参照评价。建议我国青少年体质评定系统的治理主体应多元化、测试指标应科学化及评价模式应合理化。

Abstract:Through the literature.comparative analysis, this paper studies the history,test item and evaluation methods of physical fitness testing batteries for youth in the United States, and comparing the National Students Fitness Health Criterion. FITNESS- GRAM concluded that criterion -referenced evaluation should be used,while National Students Fitness Health Criterion used per- centile norm - referenced evaluation. The paper offers the following recommendations, that is the diversification of governance, the scientization of test items and the rationalization of evaluation methods.
