| 摘 要： | 通过中医针灸推拿对促进吉林省优秀短道速度滑冰运动员运动后体能恢复的实验研究,结果表明推拿结合针灸对促进优秀短道速度滑冰运动员体能恢复具有明显的效果。结论：中医针灸推拿,通过良好的物理刺激,可对短道速滑运动员较快恢复体能。

| Abstract: | by experiment research of the chinese medical massage and acupuncture on jilin province short track speed skating outstanding athletes after the exercise to promote physical ability show that acupuncture and moxibustion,massage integrated to promote short track speed skating outstanding athletes have significant effects of the recovery of physical ability.The conclusion：acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,through good physical stimuli,but for short track speed skating outstanding athletes promote physical ability quickly recovery and keep the well-being state. |
