| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、观察法和分析比较法,通过对在散打专项课上以及生活当中运动员的表现进行分析,提出若干针对散打专项运动员更好的体现武德的方法,旨在进一步提高武德,为散打专项运动员今后的训练及生活提供借鉴和帮助。
