| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、录像分析等方法,以2010年全国"体院杯"健美操锦标赛轻器械健美操所有参赛套路为研究对象,进行分析探讨。指出掌握器械特点,合理结合操化;注重突出主题,彰显器械魅力;巧妙运用音乐,突出动作风格和充分利用场地,加强空间变化,应为轻器械健美操创编的主要依据。

| Abstract: | This article through the utilization of literature study,video analysis and mathematical statistics,by 2010 the national "skill-studying cup" aerobics championships light instruments aerobics all the routines and its arrange ments.It pluralism as the research object is discussed.The paper pointed out that master instrument features reasonable combination of exercise,pay attention to outstanding theme reveal instrument charm,clevered apply music prominent movement style and fully utilize playground strengthen spatial change should be the main light instruments aerobics arrangements as it basis. |
