| 摘 要： | 过度训练及其控制是现代运动训练研究的核心问题之一。乒乓球运动员与非竞技项目运动员相比,面临着更高强度的对抗、更激烈的竞争,因此,也更容易产生过度训练。采用晏宁(2003)编制的《运动员训练状态监测量表》对100名乒乓球俱乐部运动员进行了调查与分析,对乒乓球运动员过度训练的特征进行了研究。结果表明,乌鲁木齐市乒乓球俱乐部运动员已经出现了过度训练的迹象;在应激和恢复的8个因子上不存在性别差异;在应激的4个因子上,未成年组运动员都高于成年组,训练年限"4年以上"组高于"4年及以下"组,"中专及以上"学历组高于"中专以下"组;在恢复的4个因子上,相反。

| Abstract: | Psychological depletion and control is the core of modern sports training research problems of sports science.As athletic project participants,table tennis player compared with the competitive projects athletes,facing a higher intensity confrontation,more intense competition,also are more likely to happen at the games were injured.Therefore,table tennis athletes than the competitive projects athletes are more likely to have mental depletion.This article through to the urumqi sports schools table tennis team for research object,using Yan Ning(2003) of the athletes training condition monitoring scale of professional high level of 100 ping-pong player makes an investigation and analysis of table tennis athletes,athletic psychological depletion features are studied.Results show that: xinjiang professional table tennis athletes psychological depletion degree for moderate basic overall;Table tennis athletes’ mental depletion in existing in a variable degree of difference in age,education,training in table tennis players of the difference in psychological depletion has different degree of significant,different factors influencing the professional table tennis players of xinjiang have different psychological depletion degree prediction function. |
