| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查及专家亲自诊查,选取18名有肾阴虚、肾阳虚、脾气虚体质倾向者,用中药调理机体阴阳平衡超量恢复,即高水平的"阴平阳秘"。对比其用药前后某些血液生化指标恢复值,发现机体处于高水平的"阴平阳秘"时,对拳击运动员生化指标的恢复有明显促进作用(p<0.05),提示运动员的机体阴阳处于高水平的平衡时,可能有利于促进恢复、消除疲劳和改善运动能力。

| Abstract: | By questionare and expert diagnose,chosing 18 persons with type tendency of traditionl Chinese medicine,mediating their excessive resume for yin and yang opposites, comparing their blood biochemistry level, discovering traditional Chinese medicine have obvious promote effect(p<0.05) for sport ability and fatigue resume to boxing player. |
