摘    要:表象训练理论是铅球技术教学研究的一个重要课题。表象训练是指在暗示语的指导下,在头脑中反复想象某种运动动作或运动情景,从而提高运动技能和情绪控制能力的方法,是教练员、运动员和体育运动心理学工作者运用得最为普遍的一种心理技能训练方法,被视为心理技能训练的核心环节。结合在铅球技术教学训练实践,就表象训练理论的作用进行探讨,以期为深化教学改革,优化教学中的技能学习,提高教学质量提供参考。
