冰上项目运动员运动训练与骨密度及运动性损伤相关性研究

摘    要:采用文献资料法、测试法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对黑龙江省冰上项目运动员运动训练强度与骨密度及运动损伤状况进行相关研究,提供冰上项目运动员跟骨超声骨量的理论数据,以最大限度降低冰上项目运动员运动性损伤的发生。结果显示:冰上项目运动员跟骨超声骨量参数显著高于体育类大学生,但低于同性别青年组平均值;随着运动年限的增加,冰上项目运动员跟骨超声骨量STI值有上升的趋势,年运动损伤率有下降的趋势。虽然冰上项目运动对运动员下肢骨密度有促进作用,但长期高强度的运动训练对冰上项目运动员跟骨骨密度产生了一定的负面影响,早期的运动训练对增强冰上项目运动员跟骨超声骨量有促进作用。

Abstract:With the methods of document,test,questionnaire and mathematical statistic,the author investigated the correlation on sports training and sports injuries and bone mineral density of ice athletes in Heilongjiang Province,to provide the new evidence and indicators of bone mineral density for ice athletes,to minimize the occurrence of sports injury.The result show that the heel ultrasound bone parameters of ice athletes were significantly higher than college sports,but lower than the average youth group of the same sew.With the increase in life sport,the heel ultrasound bone mass STI values are on the rise,the annual rate of sports injuries has declined.The conclusion show that ice sports have promoted lower limb bone mineral density,but the long-term high-intensity exercise training had a negative impact on the bone mineral of the ice athletes,the early exercise training on the ice athletes enhance the amount of ultrasound calcaneus bone.
