| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计方法，对湖南省城市老年人的运动参与动机与环境偏好进行调查。通过因素分析发现，老年人的运动参与动机可以缩减为六个因素构面，分别为：获得成就感、社交互动、消磨时间、增进健康、体验自然、生活学习六项因素，其中以增进健康和社交互动获得最多认同。在运动锻炼环境偏好上，受试者更倾向于优美的自然环境，室外环境选择多于室内环境，交通便利与否亦成为老年人对于环境偏好的重要影响因素，而室内场所、设施及俱乐部模式等对老年人运动动机影响不大。

| Abstract: | Based on documentary,questionnaire and mathematical statistic,the author studies sports participation motivation and environmental preference of elder people who participate in the physical activty in Hunan province.The research result shows:In the sports participation motivation aspect,there are six factors found,which were "Obtains the achievement feeling","the public relations interaction","kills time",improves the body health","the experience nature","the life study".Among them,"improves the body health"and "the public relations interaction" are the most important reason.In the environmental preference aspect,elder people preferred the beautiful nature environment.Having transport facilities or not also becoming a factor seriously,but interior environment and facilities and club pattern etc are not being fond of elder people are tried comparatively. |
