| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法对河北省体育院系毕业生就业现状、就业领域、就业观念、用人单位对毕业生能力需求情况以及各高校开展就业指导工作的现状等作为切入点展开调查研究,并深入分析了当前体育院系毕业生就业难的影响因素主要有社会因素、用人单位因素、院系因素以及毕业生自身因素。

| Abstract: | By questionaire,interview and so on,this research investigates the current situation,domain,idea and end-users of employment,and the rocational guidance in universities,and analyze the main factors of employment difficulties.The paper finds that the main factors are：social factors,the end-users factors,department factors and graduates own factors. |
