| 摘 要： | 社会文化的迅猛发展与体育运动的蓬勃兴起，给体育文化的发展和奥林匹克运动的开展提供了良好的契机。通过阐述体育人文观的一些基本观点和分析研究奥林匹克运动新格言产生的背景及其内涵，旨在找出两者之间的内在联系，使两者更好指导体育文化及奥林匹克运动的发展与深化。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of social culture and sports,more and more chances are given to the sports culture and the Olympic Game . To find the inner link between the sport sense of human culture and the Olympics , the paper introduces the basic views of sports humanism,also the new Olympic mottos including historical background and intention,so that to guide the deepening improvement of sports culture and the Olympics . |
