| 摘 要： | “体医结合”是“健康中国”蓬勃发展的必要途径,也是推动体育产业融合发展的重要环节。本文采用社会网络分析法探究运动康复者的体育服务购买特征以及中心性结构,确定运动康复者对体医服务的关注领域,并讨论服务评估准则与运动康复者满意度之间的回归关系与影响效果。结果表明:运动康复者对产品类型和消费环境的关注度高于时间、价格等要素;通过构建运动康复者服务购买特征模型,来分析运动康复者与服务消费及满意度之间是否存在线性正向共联。

| Abstract: | "Combination of sports and medical"is an effective way to promote healthy development in China,and it is also an important link to promote the fusion development of sports industry.The paper uses the social network analysis method to explore the characteristics of purchasing sports service and the central structure of the sports rehabilitation patients,to determine the areas of concern for the medical rehabilitation of the sports and medical services.In addition,discuss the relationship between the service evaluation criteria and consumer satisfaction and the impact of the effect.Results:According to this study,sports rehabilitation patients are more concerned with product type and consumption environment than time,price and other factors.Through the analysis of the model of sports rehabilitation service purchase characteristics,there was a linear positive effect between exercise rehabilitation and service consumption and satisfaction. |
