| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析法对归化足球运动员的优势、劣势、机会、威胁因素进行全面梳理与判断分析,得出中国现阶段归化足球运动员的4种战略备选组合形式,为中国归化政策的完善提供参考。结论与建议:(1)利用经济实力雄厚的优势,顺应体育全球化潮流,完善足球产业链,提升中超联赛水平,拓宽归化门槛,吸引优秀华裔球员或联赛球员入籍,推动不同足球文化碰撞、交流与融合,更新我国足球发展理念;(2)针对性归化优秀外籍球员,补足国家队各位置上的短板,出台限制俱乐部盲目归化的相关政策,协调中超联赛上本土成熟球员、U23球员、归化足球运动员、外援各方的权益,保证现阶段以青训为主、以归化为辅、以归化带动青训的足球发展道路;(3)完善归化足球运动员政策,设置归化足球运动员管理机制,规范化归化外籍球员,设置归化足球运动员考察选拔机构、文化教育培养机制、社会生活保障机制;(4)呼吁社会理性看待归化足球运动员这一特殊群体,营造归化运动员正向、健康的舆论导向。

| Abstract: | The SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively sort out and analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of naturalized football players,and draw four strategic alternative combinations of naturalized football players in China at this stage,which will improve the naturalization policy of China.for reference.Suggestions:(1)Use the advantages of strong economic strength,follow the trend of sports globalization,improve the football industry chain,enhance the level of the Chinese Super League,broaden the threshold of naturalization,attract outstanding Chinese players or league players to naturalize,and promote the collision,exchange and exchange of different football cultures.Integrate and update China's football development concept;(2)Target naturalized outstanding foreign players,make up for shortcomings in various positions of the national team,introduce related policies restricting the club's random naturalization,and coordinate local mature players,U23 players,The rights and interests of naturalized football players and foreign aid parties ensure that at this stage,youth training is the mainstay,supplemented by naturalization,and naturalization drives youth development;(3)Perfecting the policy of naturalized football players and setting up naturalization Management mechanism for football players,standardize naturalized foreign players,set up naturalized football players to inspect and select institutions,cultural education training mechanisms,and social life guarantee mechanisms;(4)call on the society to look at the special group of naturalized football players to create naturalized players Positive and healthy public opinion orientation. |
