| 摘 要： | 体育教学是实施素质教育的主要途径之一，体育理论教学作为体育教育的一个重要组成部分，对大学生整体素质的培养具有不可忽视的作用。但是，目前我国高校体育教学普遍存在着体育理论课教学时数严重不足的问题。由于学时少，时间有限，使得体育教学在体育理论课的教学内容选择上带有片面性、教材使用的随意性比较大、教学形式单调、教学方法和手段落后，从而造成学生对体育课态度消极，这一状况应当引起我们的高度重视。

| Abstract: | The sports teaching is one of ways for quality education and the sports theoretical teaching is the key part of the whole physical education which take an important role in student's development.While the hours of the sports theortical teaching are not enough in University at present,which results in one-sidedness in content,randomness in textbook,monotonous in form and backwardness in method and means.All these are main reasons for the students' negative attitude for sports teaching. |
