| 摘 要： | 以内蒙古高校蒙汉族大学生为研究对象,试图构建适合内蒙古大学生心理健康的健康体育课程教学模式。采用问卷调查法对现有内蒙古高校体育课程设置、心理健康作用现状进行了解,获得充分的依据,提出进一步完善内蒙古大学生健康体育课程模式的科学建议。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the perspective of Mongolia and Han college students,the author attempted to build physical education teaching mode for adapting Inner Mongolia college students＇ mental health.By adopt questionnaires to comprehend the existing physical education curriculum in Inner Mongolia,as well as the mental health status,the author obtains adequate basis for bringing up scientific advices to further improve the health physical education curriculum model of Inner Mongolia college students. |
