健美操俱乐部训练对女大学生体质健康影响的研究

摘    要:采用实验比较法、测试法和数理统计法,分析了在健美操俱乐部训练与普通健美操课程对大学女生体质健康变化的影响程度。实验结果表明,健美操课程采用俱乐部模式,使课堂教学与课后锻炼相结合,运动次数与运动量持续连接,能明显降低大学女生的体脂率(BMI和WHR),保持良好的身体形态;能有效地改善女生的心肺功能、血脂含量,从而增强她们的体质健康。建议推广与加强大学女生体育俱乐部模式的健美操训练教育过程,改变大学女生身体锻炼不足的校园体育现状。

Abstract:the author studies the effects that the gym club-style teaching mode on physical quality of female college students.He applies the methods of experimental comparison and the test and statistics.The results of the experiment are as follows,the aerobics course adopts this club-style teaching mode.This combines the class teaching and the repetition exercise,and keeps the conjunction of the sports intension and sports quantity,and obviously reduces the rate and pulse of university girls,and it also keeps the body in good shape and improves the functioning of heart and the lungs and controls the blood fats,thus it strengthens their habitude.therefore,the author suggests that we should popularize the gym club-style teaching mode,and increase the university girls exercise.
