摘    要:体操是体育教育专业的必修课程,担负着培养学生基本能力的任务。而力学原理是掌握和改进运动技术,加快提高运动成绩的重要依据。运用力学原理对体操动作的受力进行分析,这样能够促进学生基本能力的提高,对体操教学的发展也具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Gymnastics is a required courses of physical education major,carrying the task of developing the students'basic ablities.The principles of mechanics is the important basis to master and improve sports skills and speed up the improvement of athletic performances.This article uses the principles of mechanics to analyze the force of the gymnastic movement,so that it can promote the improvement of basic competencies of students,andit is also of great significance for the development of gymnastics teaching.
