| 摘 要： | 体育教学改革后,田径课余训练已经成为延续我国普通高校田径运动发展的重要途径,为完善我国普通高校田径课余训练,促进我国田径运动的发展,运用现代管理学的SWOT分析法对教改后我国普通高校田径课余训练的内外部环境进行分析,客观阐述我国普通高校田径课余训练所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,并结合实践提出相应建议与对策。

| Abstract: | The extracurricular training of track and field has already become the important way which continue to athletics development in the Chirese universities after physical education reformed.In order to improve the extracurricular training of track and field in Chinese universities,and promote the development of Chinese athletics,though the management perspective this paper uses the analysis methods of SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment of the extracurricular training of track and field in Chinese universities after physical education reformed,and elaborates the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats that the extracurricular training of track and field in Chinese universities are facing,and proposes recommendations and countermeasures on the extracurricular training of track and field accordingly the actual situation. |
