| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,是中华民族优秀传统文化的一个结晶。在国家全面提升文化软实力的今天,需要以传播民族传统体育文化作为文化软实力提升的一种手段。民族传统体育文化在经过各个时期的曲折发展后,又重新找回了自己本位,在当今国家积极提升文化软实力的形式下,教育、旅游、民俗节日、竞技比赛等是传播民族传统体育文化的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The national traditional sports culture is an important component of the traditional Chinese culture,as well as a crystallization of the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Today,with China＇s overall enhancement of cultural soft power,it is of a desperate need to disseminate the national traditional sports culture as a means to enhance the cultural soft power.The national traditional sports culture,after going through various periods of ups and downs,regains its essence.Nowadays,when the country is actively enhancing its cultural soft power,education,tourism,folk festivals and sports competitions have become an important way to transmit the national traditional sports culture. |
