| 摘 要： | 羽毛球网前球技术是羽毛球最重要的技术之一,网前球技术的好与否直接影响到网前得分。通过对羽毛球必修课学生进行分组教学,并运用数理统计的方式对实验组与对照组的考核结果进行统计分析,从而得出结论：表象训练在羽毛球网前球技术教学中具有十分重要的作用,它可以加速学生形成正确的运动技能、有利于视觉表象与运动表象的结合,有利于提高学习效率,对快速提高学生的运动水平有很大的帮助。
