| 摘 要： | 长期以来，弱势群体体育利益被相对剥夺是我国广为关注的一个社会问题。体育政策是体育发展的行为准则，它规定与指导着体育的发展方向。通过分析我国现行的公共体育政策在体育公共利益选择上的偏向性，得出结论：公共体育政策合理的利益选择是体育公共利益的均衡分配，有效制定公共体育政策，充分关注弱势群体体育利益以及建立和完善体育利益表达机制。并从实际出发，提出了有针对性的发展策略。
