| Abstract: | This article aims to analyze the phenomenon that safety accident happens to student who take part in PE class teaching and some extracurricular compitition activities held by PE department of school which result in some student's lawsuit and at the same time to explore the reasons as well as consequences,then provide some preventive measures. |
