| 摘 要： | 平衡能力是维持身体姿势的能力,国外相关研究开展十分广泛。评定平衡常用方法包括临床评定和实验室测试,临床评定以观察和量表为主,实验室测试则是利用平衡测试仪器进行评定。多数平衡仪器通过记录人体压力中心（COP）分析、评价人体静态与动态平衡能力。就其信度与效度而言,部分学者对COP法提出了质疑。研制人体重心（CoG）法的人体平衡仪器是未来揭开人体平衡机制的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Postural control is a complex process keeping human balance which has been focus on by many research departments abroad.There have two main ways to measure,one is clinical measurement including observatory and questionnaire,the other is lab measurement depends on scientific equipment.Most of them by recording Center of Pressure（CoP） to measure,evaluate static and dynamic balance.Some researchers have different views on CoP measurement from the Reliability and Validity.Human balance measurement equipment by recording human Center of Gravity（CoG） is the new way to uncover postural control mechanism in the future. |
