| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，体育旅游业的蓬勃兴起，体育旅游人才的培养得到了很多高校的重视。为了满足体育旅游对专业人才的需求，从旅游教育的历史起源和许多国家体育旅游专业教育现状人手，结合旅游市场需求和旅游学科发展要求，根据各学科的交叉渗透，提出我国体育旅游产业化趋势和高等学校学科优势及人才优势几个方面进行了分析，对如何优化培养体育旅游人才进行了论述。
