| 摘 要： | 亚类快速力量性项群是以体能为主导、爆发力为决定因素的竞技项目。运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法、归纳法,着重从运动员的身体形态、运动机能、运动素质三个方面进行深层分析,为更好地了解项目特征、进行科学训练提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The sub-sort fast-strength event is competitive project which is donominainted by stamina and decides by explosive force.This paper analyses on body shape,exercise quality and kinetic fitness by using the method of documentation and logic method in order to have a better understanding of event characteristics and provide theory foundation for training. |
