摘    要:排球运动员弹跳力的训练方法有很多,就杠铃器械而言,传统的练习方式一般采用杠铃深蹲、半蹲或负杠轻跳等手段,来提高运动员的腿部力量,但长期采用此方法,不但影响训练的效果,还会产生一些副作用,对有一定力量素质的女运动员来说,采用“箭步抓举法”比传统的练习方式更有效。

Abstract:There are many training methods to strengthen young female volleyball athletes' bounce ability. To improve the muscle strength of legs, taking the barbell apparatus for example, the traditional way is deep squatting, half squatting or light jumping, and so on. However, always adopting such kind of training way, it will not only affect the results of training, but will bring some passive effects. From a lot of experiments and researches, we find a new way of training called" raising barbell with bow step".According to the comparison for a female athlete who has a certain strength quality, the new method for training is more effective than the traditional way.
