| 摘 要： | 纵观当代健美操的发展趋势,表现力已成为健美操训练以及教学过程中的一个至关重要的环节。新规则中对艺术分的增加,也同时是对运动员在成套动作中的动作质量、艺术性和表现力的进一步要求。采用文献资料法,专家访谈法和观察法,分析与讨论了影响健美操运动员表现力的因素,以及提出对运动员表现力的培养方式,希望能对健美操练习者表现力的提高有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Aerobics performance of aerobics training and is in the process of teaching an important part in a set of actions,not only the training performance of the athletes and practitioners can improve the quality and artistic,and the modern development of Aerobics trends.This paper using documentation,analysis and observation of law practitioners discussed the impact of the motor performance of many factors,aerobics exercisers hope to the improvement of performance of help. |
