摘    要:目的:探讨谷氨酰胺对过度训练大鼠血清TNF-α含量及小肠组织NO水平的影响。方法:采用模拟过度训练大鼠模型,应用放射免疫法检测血清TNF-α含量。结果:过度训练后大鼠血清TNF-α含量和NO水平显著升高,谷氨酰胺对这种变化有显著干预作用。结论:谷氨酰胺可通过调节NO水平而调节结肠粘膜血流,减少粘膜炎性细胞浸润;通过降低血清TNF-α含量,减轻肠组织因免疫介导作用而导致的肠粘膜损伤。

Abstract:AIM:In order to investigate the effect of supplement glutamine on Serum TNF-α Content and Intestinal NO content in overtraining rats.Methods:Overtraining model was established and the electron microscope technique,immunohistochemical and image analysis are used in this experimentation.Results:The result shows that the Serum TNF-α content and Intestinal NO content were significant increase after overtraining.Whereas supplement glutamine may significantly result in these change.Conclusion:The result explained that there is obvious pathological changing in function and structure of intestinal mucosa after overtraining,supplement glutamine may significantly concluded that the effects of overtraining on the intestine mucosa.
