| 摘 要： | 提高和增强青少年体质健康问题是一个多因素、复杂的、动态的巨大系统工程,抓好青少年体质健康培养的基础建设是实现和提高国家整体实力水平的关键所在。青少年阳光体育运动是增强体质和健康的重要形式,从家庭体育社区化模式、体育课程俱乐部化模式、阳光体育活动内容游戏化模式和阳光体育活动方式体系化模式入手,提出其多元化推广模式的注意事项,旨为促进阳光体育更好的开展与发展,提供理论依据和切实可行的参考方案。
