| 摘 要： | 运用影片解析等方法对我国部分优秀男女直道栏运动员跨栏步摆动动作相关运动学参数进行对比研究。结果表明,着地时我国男、女直道栏运动员摆动腿大腿已摆过或接近身体重心投影点的垂直面,大腿前摆的时机与幅度符合过栏的要求,且男子高栏运动员摆腿幅度、攻栏意识均优于女子百米栏运动员。摆动腿下压动作始于身体重心位于栏前、摆动腿摆到最高位时,女运动员略早于男子高栏运动员。下栏着地时女运动员身体重心高于男子。

| Abstract: | This article delves in conducting a comparative study on the relevant kinematics parameters of the swinging motion of hurdle strides of some excellent straight track athletes,by using film analysis.The result denotes when touching the land,the swinging thigh has passed or approached the perpendicular phase of the projection of center of body,and the forward swing of thigh fits the request of hurdling.Besides the men athletes have better consciousness in hurdling than women.When landing center of body of the... |
