| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析法等研究方法,对中外优秀男子跳远运动员的跳远技术进行比较和分析。研究结果显示：在助跑和起跳技术方面,我国优秀男子跳远运动员的平跑速度慢,速度利用率不合理,起跳能力较差,腾起角相对较小。与国外选手存在一定差距。在今后的跳远训练中,针对我国优秀跳远运动员相对较弱的环节,在保持较高速度利用率的基础上,加强专项素质训练,提高平跑速度,寻求速度利用率与起跳能力的完美结合,以促进我国跳远技术的长足发展。

| Abstract: | Use this research methods of literature,mathematical statistics,compared and analyzed to comparative analysis of men's long jump on the Chinese and foreign technology.The result shows:approach and take-off in technology,our long jumpers flat run slow,irrational utilization rate,less able to take off,jump angle is relatively small.There is a certain gap with foreign competitors.The long jump training in the future for elite long jumpers should aim at the weak while maintaining a high utilization rate,and bas... |
