| 摘 要： | 普通高校办高水平运动队是把竞技体育溶入到教育系统中来,是当今世界竞技体育发展的趋势。笔者主要运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法等方法,对目前辽宁省普通高校高水平运动队的管理体系、运动员、教练员等方面进行了研究,阐述了辽宁省普通高校高水平运动队的培养现状,分析辽宁省普通高校培养高水平运动员过程中所存在的主要问题及原因,希望能为我省乃至全国普通高校竞技体育运动的发展提供参考依据。
