| 摘 要： | 社会体育指导员队伍建设是我国社会体育事业发展的需要,也是我国全面健身体系构建的重要组成部分。通过社会体育指导员培训工作的实践,针对新疆伊犁州社会体育指导员队伍建设进行研究,提出少数民族地区社会体育指导员队伍建设对策与建议。 |

| Abstract: | The establishment socal instructures teams is necessary to our social sport cause,and is also an important copportant of China's consture by a comprehensive system of keeping fit.This article aims at a research of local team establishment of social sports instructures by observing practice to those instructures and bases on documents and investigation research,thus raises suggestions and ways out for ethnicity-populated regions. |
