| 摘 要： | 在分析校园文化概念、特征、功能和价值的基础上,从理论与实践结合的视角,提出了加强校园体育文化建设的对策：宣传舆论为先,营造校园体育文化氛围;加强组织管理,提高体育教师的综合素质;健全规章制度,加强学校体育场地设施的建设;完善健康教育体系,拓宽学生体育学习层面。
