| 摘 要： | 通过对丹东市特殊学校体育教师的专业素质调查得出：特殊体育教师缺乏与时代精神相通的教育理念、专业知识总体水平偏低、专业能力发展不均衡。建议丹东市有关部门应深刻认识特殊体育教师继续教育的重要性,明确培训目标,加强特殊体育教师培训基地建设和培训网络的构建,采取有效的培训内容,加强特殊体育教师的学科理论知识和思想道德的培养。特殊体育教师应加强对特殊体育教育意义的认识,提高自身专业素质,完善知识、能力结构。

| Abstract: | The study of the physical education teachers＇ quality in Dandong special schools comes to the conclusion that the physical education teachers for special education are lack of times interlinked education concept,that professional knowledge is of low level,and that their professional capacities development are not balanced.The relative authorities in Dandong City should realize the importance of the continuing education for the physical education teachers in special schools and clear the objective of the training.With the training base and network established,some effective measures should be taken to improve the theoretical knowledge and moral cultivation of the physical education teachers.The physical teachers in special school should strengthen the awareness of the significance of physical education,and improve professional qualities,knowledge and capacities. |
