| 摘 要： | 对吉林省高职高专与普通本科院校的体育师资、体育设施进行调查研究。结果发现，各级院校师生比例与国家要求有较大差距；学校领导重视体育师资队伍建设，重视在岗教师的培养，高学历、高职称人员逐年增加，但多数教师集中在三大球类上，不利于新项目的开展；体育场地不足、配置失衡，制约了学校体育发展。

| Abstract: | The author surveyed and studied the teachers and facility for physical education in advanced occupational and secondary institutes of higher learning as well as in common regular institutes of higher learning in Jilin region.The results are as follows:the teacher and students in institutes of higher learning at these two levels still fall short of the requirements of the requirements of the state to a geat extent.The leaders have showered attention on the construction of the team of teachers for physical as well as on the training of teachers at the post,while personnel with an advanced educational qualification or an advanced job title are increasing year by year.However,most teachers are concentrating on the three major ball events,which is not conductive to the development of new events.Insufficiency or unbalanced confinguration of sports ground have constrained the development of scholastic physical education. |
