| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理分析法,对太原市中小学体育教师的职业高原现象进行了调研,分析了体育教师职业高原现象的特点及成因,并提出教师职业高原现象的应对策略。结果显示,太原市中小学体育教师职业高原现象的成因是多方面的,主要可以归纳为个人因素、学校因素、社会因素3个方面。因此,要预防和解决体育教师职业高原现象,就应发挥这3个层面的作用且各有侧重,以最终促进体育教师职业的进步。

| Abstract: | This research investigates the phenomenon of P.E.teacher＇s career plateau phenomenon in primary school and middle school of Taiyuan city by using document research,questionnaire survey and mathematical and statistical methods,analyzed the causes and characteristics of P.E.teachers＇ career plateau and found the strategies to deal with it from the teacher,school and society aspects.The result showed that the causes are from many aspects,includes individual,school,social factors.The phenomenon of P.E.teachers＇ career plateau is an interaction of complex factors,such as individual,school and society and so on.Therefore,we cannot solve the problem if we only prevent and span it from one level.We must fully take advantages of the three levels in order to promote P.E.teachers＇ profession. |
