| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对新疆普通高校少数民族体育教师职业倦怠的状况进行了研究,并分析缓解少数民族体育教师职业倦怠的对策,以期为解决少数民族体育教师职业倦怠提供参考。结果表明：目前新疆普通高校少数民族体育教师的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重。男女教师在情感衰竭和低成就感两个维度上呈现出显著性差异。族别在低成就感维度上有非常显著性差异;不同职称的教师在情绪衰竭和工作怠慢方面差异非常显著,讲师的职业倦怠最为严重。本科院校和专科院校的体育教师在职业倦怠的情绪衰竭和工作怠慢两个维度上差异具有显著性。

| Abstract: | By literature consultation and questionnaire investigation,it researches into the present situation of job burnout in P.E.teachers of universities of Ethnic Minority in Xinjiang.And analysis of mitigation ethnic minority sports teacher burnout countermeasures.The main aim of the research is to find out the actuality and developmental characteristics of job burnout of P.E.teachers and to provide reference to some department.The results show that the degree of job burnout of P.E.teachers of ethnic minority in high colleges in xinjiang recently is not much serious;male and female teachers in the emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement show significant differences;different nationality shows highly notable difference of degree personal accomplishment;different title of the work of teachers in emotional exhaustion and neglect in a very significant difference,lecturers burnout the most serious. |
