| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，以“人才强国”战略思想为指导，阐述了人才资源的内涵及其对体育强国建设的现实意义，探讨体育领域内凸显的人才资源问题。应做到：树立科学的人才发展观；实施人才资源优先发展；构建“一体化”的人才系统；加快整体性人才资源开发；实施人才“走出去，引进来”相结合等发展战略。

| Abstract: | Using literature material method, logic analysis method and so on, the article expounds the connotation of talent re- sources and the practical significance for constructing powerful sports nation, whose some obvious problems are explored. To im- plement talent resources development priority, to establish the scientific talent development view, to constructing ＂Integration＂ talent system, to speed up the holistic talent resources development, to implement talent ＂go out and come in＂ etc, it provides some theoretical bases and the practical references for constructing powerful sports nation. |
